ASH KAT KITTLE

Ash Kittle is a very small artist who primarily shows her work on Instagram and sells on Etsy. She actually only has 2,000 followers on Instagram so the artist herself is not well known. However, I love her work and take a lot of inspiration from it. Her glass work is what inspired me to do mine and mixing collage into her work makes it a little more unexpected and interesting. I would like to incorperate this collage technique perhaps with flowers or something similar to tie my project back to it's roots. To create this effect she does a classic fluid painting or a 'dirty pour', places the cut out and then seals in a coat of resin. Kittle also creates coasters and bigger pieces of glass with a space themed pour which I particularly like and also want to try.
