Similar to other quotes I have picked, I have focused around my shift in project ideas. I struggled for a few month to get back on track after I realised i didn't want to keep making fluid painting and I threw away quite a lot of my artwork. The pieces I did keep were worked back into and I made new pieces from them. I used to think making mistakes in art was a bad thing but it's often a good thing. I learn more from making mistakes and I feel I am starting to have more patience with my work.
